Great to meet you!

I will welcome you just as you are. My style is warm and affirming, I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and valued. I approach healing holistically, supporting not only your thoughts and emotions but also the mind-body connection. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression, I want you to know that growth and healing are possible, and we will walk that path together at your pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based practices with creative and mind-body techniques. I often use EMDR, play therapy, and somatic practices alongside collaborative, supportive conversation to support healing on multiple levels. I work in partnership with you, honoring your strengths and supporting growth in a way that feels natural and sustainable. I see therapy as a space where your whole self, mind, body, and spirit is valued and cared for.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our sessions to feel compassionate, grounding, and centered on your unique needs. I listen deeply and encourage you to share openly, while also offering tools and practices to support you between sessions. Sometimes we may focus on processing difficult emotions, and other times we may explore ways to nurture balance, resilience, and hope. My goal is that each session leaves you feeling understood, supported, and more connected to yourself.
