Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lacie Glasser, LPCC. I work with adults and older adolescents, with a special focus on women and college students navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the pressures of young adulthood. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard while developing practical skills for meaningful change. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, we will work together toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and worth living.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, and you do not have to navigate it alone. I offer a collaborative, supportive approach to help clients process trauma, manage difficult emotions, and create meaningful change.

Using evidence-based approaches such as CPT, CBT, DBT, and ACT, we will work together to understand unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and move toward a life guided by your values.

Take the first step toward feeling more grounded and in control.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, current concerns, and the goals you hope to work toward.

You will also have time to ask questions about my approach and what therapy may look like moving forward. Together, we will begin creating a plan that feels supportive and manageable.

All sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
