Great to meet you!

When anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges begin affecting your ability to feel connected and fulfilled, it can feel difficult to know where to start. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, stress management concerns, relationship issues, and women's issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or frustrated by patterns that continue to interfere with the life they want to create. Whether you're experiencing challenges in your relationships, navigating major life stressors, or trying to better understand yourself and your emotions, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you uncover the roadblocks that are getting in the way and create a life filled with greater connection, hope, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I believe many struggles are rooted in patterns that affect how we relate to ourselves and the people around us. My approach is direct, collaborative, and solution focused, creating a space where clients feel supported while developing practical tools for meaningful change. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength Based Therapy, and Gottman Method principles to support lasting growth and healthier relationships. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, women's issues, stress management, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, identity issues, substance use concerns, family challenges, and emotional wellbeing. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen communication, improve relationships, and develop healthier patterns that support long term fulfillment and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, empowering, and honest environment where you feel heard and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where no concern feels too small and where we can work together to understand the unique challenges you're facing. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased self awareness, and greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're managing anxiety, working through relationship difficulties, or coping with life stressors, my goal is to help you feel more connected, resilient, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity and hope.
