My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment that promotes positive outcomes for the clients that I serve. I work primarily with adults and couples with a variety of issues. These include: depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, grief & loss, family conflicts, work-related issues, interpersonal communication, etc.
