Have you experienced trauma in your life time? Are you experiencing trouble sleeping, emotional distress, intrusive thoughts, numbness, feeling disconnected, and/or trouble focusing? Do you notice a pattern of unhealthy relationships in your life; that you struggle to communicate; have a difficult time establishing boundaries; or struggle with low self-esteem?

My approach to therapy

As a clinician, I would describe myself as empathetic, understanding, patient, and open. I am direct yet gentle and non-judgmental. My goal is to help you identify the root of your issues and help you process and work through said issues so that you can obtain and maintain mental stability. I have been describe as a action based therapist as I teach my clients effective skills, provide resources, and utilize things such as role playing and therapeutic homework to help them heal and grow.

What you can expect from me

I am skilled in helping clients process &resolve unhealed trauma. I can teach you skills to help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety which may be rooted in past trauma. With my help you will be able to learn effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, increase self-esteem, build communication skills, create healthier relationships and more.
