Great to meet you!

I'm a Portland transplant and have lived here since 2017. I attended PSU where I studied Philosophy and Gender Studies, as well as graduation from Lewis and Clark with my masters in mental health counseling. I have worked in community mental health since my internship in 2021 and moved into private practice in 2025. I work with folks of all genders, sexualities and anyone over the age of 18+ with a trauma focused lens.

My approach to therapy

I am a collaborative, person centered therapist who believes that healing happens in relationship, both with ourselves and others. My approach is warm and grounded, yet also direct and challenging when needed. I hold space with compassion while gently encouraging clients to stretch into new awareness, confront stuck patterns, and deepen their capacity for change.

Central to my work is an attunement to the body. I support clients in exploring their emotional experiences through a somatic lens, tuning into the sensations and wisdom held within. I help clients slow down, connect inward, and make meaning of their experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, or seeking a deeper sense of self, I work alongside you with curiosity and care, offering both support and the challenge needed for true transformation.

What you can expect from me

To learn to slow down and make space to listen to your body, your emotions, and the parts of you that may have been overlooked or silenced. Through this process, clients often gain a deeper understanding of themselves, increased emotional awareness, and a greater ability to regulate their nervous system. Over time, this can lead to feeling more grounded, connected, and empowered in everyday life and relationships.
