Great to meet you!

Life transitions can feel overwhelming, whether you’re starting college, juggling school and relationships, beginning a new job, feeling burned out, managing anxiety or depression, or just wondering what comes next. You don’t have to sort it all out on your own. I work with older teens, college students, and adults to build confidence, develop coping skills, and move through tough seasons with more clarity and ease.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I take a warm, down-to-earth, and goal-focused approach. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you notice unhelpful patterns, tap into your strengths, and create real, sustainable change. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear plan before you start—that’s what we’ll figure out together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping will feel different, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll move at your pace and create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest and curious about your experience. From there, we’ll set meaningful goals and build practical strategies to help you move toward the life you want. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and supported, I’d be honored to work with you.
