Great to meet you!

I am a Wayne State University graduate. I have practiced clinical counseling 5 years. I enjoy meeting new people and witnessing their mental-emotional growth. I want to learn about you and assist you along your therapeutic journey. I am patient, authentic and I care. I care about your progress as well as our progress together. I am most complimented on having a soft voice tone, time management, and being easy to talk to. At times I have been known to make clients smile.

I have had the honor of working with adults men and women ages 21 to 65 years of age.

Specific treatment areas are Intimate relationship conflict, Anxiety, Depression, Work related stress, Burn out, Low self esteem, Grief. Suicide ideation, and Maintaining sobriety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am person centered and I utilize a narrative approach. I am both inquisitive and interested with having a Holistic view. I want to know the "Whole You". My strengths are establishing and maintaining a rapport while facilitating progress throughout the therapeutic process.
