Great to meet you!

As a client-centered mental health therapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with traumatic memories or events. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, one that relies on a strong partnership between therapist and client.

My approach to therapy

Recognizing that each person's experience of trauma is different, I work closely with clients to develop personalized goals and a path forward that aligns with their values. Together, we focus on building self-compassion, developing practical coping strategies, and cultivating a greater sense of control and peace. My aim is to empower clients to reclaim their lives, honoring their pace and supporting them every step of the way. I have received training in different exposure therapy models, including Written Exposure Therapy, an evidence based approach.

What you can expect from me

With a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, I create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel understood and empowered. My style is grounded in evidence based treatments which I adapt to meet the needs and goals of each individual. I see my role as a guide, offering tools, insights, and support to help clients build resilience, process past experiences, and reconnect with their strengths.
