Recognizing that each person's experience of trauma is different, I work closely with clients to develop personalized goals and a path forward that aligns with their values. Together, we focus on building self-compassion, developing practical coping strategies, and cultivating a greater sense of control and peace. My aim is to empower clients to reclaim their lives, honoring their pace and supporting them every step of the way. I have received training in different exposure therapy models, including Written Exposure Therapy, an evidence based approach.
