Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My work is grounded in a systems and relationship-focused perspective, helping clients better understand themselves within the contexts of their relationships, life transitions, and identities. I earned my undergraduate degree from Berea College and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. I commonly work with anxiety, identity development, relationship and communication challenges, parenting stress, family conflict, and emotional regulation, and I aim to support clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
