Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and 7 years as a licensed therapist in private practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, committed to providing compassionate, effective care to clients seeking support through life’s challenges.

In 2020, during the pandemic, I opened my private practice, Healing Is Possible PLLC, recognizing the increased need for accessible, virtual therapy services. My treatment approach integrates evidence-based models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and stress management. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that healing is not only possible—it’s a journey we take together, using your strengths and resources to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe that each client’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, values, and goals. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring challenges, building on your strengths, and developing new ways of coping.

I view therapy as a partnership—together, we set achievable goals, track progress, and celebrate successes along the way. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques, coping skills training, and practical problem-solving to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. My focus is on empowering you to make meaningful changes and build the life you want, both in the present and for the future.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, strategies, and insights they can apply immediately in their daily lives. My goal is for you to feel heard, validated, and supported while also being encouraged to grow in ways that align with your personal goals and values.

Through our work together, you will develop hope for the future, a stronger sense of empowerment, and greater self-awareness. You will have opportunities to explore and embrace your true sense of self, while building the ability and confidence to manage symptoms more effectively.

You’ll learn skills to reduce symptoms, regulate emotions, improve communication, and navigate challenges with resilience. By the end of each session, my aim is for you to leave with clarity, renewed motivation, and the belief that healing and meaningful change are not only possible—they are within your reach.
