Great to meet you!

My clinical background includes specialized training in forensic settings, along with ongoing professional development in trauma-informed care. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered techniques to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic experience. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 6–35, though I have experience serving clients across the lifespan. My goal is to provide a welcoming, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and respect, and I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I recognize that seeking help can be a challenging but empowering step, and I am here to support you every step of the way on your journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not sure where to begin. I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and exploring what matters most to you. Together, we'll identify areas of growth, establish achievable goals, and work toward meaningful change. Throughout the process, I provide guidance and support while ensuring that you remain at the center of your journey, empowering you to make decisions that best align with your needs and goals.
