Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I am passionate about helping individuals find freedom, healing, and wholeness. Since beginning my practice in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life and across all age groups. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can be heard and truly seen.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs. I believe that with the right support, every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can truly be yourself. My style is warm, relaxed, and collaborative—I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood. Building trust is central to the work we do together, and I take care to meet each client with empathy, respect, and a genuine curiosity about your unique experience. I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs and goals, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other—this is your space to share your story, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. You don’t have to have it all figured out; we’ll explore things together at your pace. Whether we’re working through anxiety, processing past experiences, or building healthier relationships, our work together will be guided by your needs and focused on meaningful, lasting change.
