Great to meet you!

Thanks for visiting!

I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's difficult moments alone. Since earning my graduate degree in 2010 from Liberty University, I've been passionate about helping adults find clarity, healing, and lasting peace through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions.

If you're caught in an anxiety spiral, feeling disconnected from yourself, or emotionally drained by toxic relationships, this space can be a place to finally exhale. Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck and help you build the peace, balance, and confidence you're looking for. Healing is possible, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you as you take your next step forward.

My approach to therapy

I help people move through high functioning anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the everyday overwhelm that can leave life feeling exhausting.

Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, the complexities of parenting, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to quiet the mental noise, build practical strategies, and help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.

Therapy isn't one size fits all. In our first few sessions, we'll collaborate to understand your story, clarify your goals, and choose an approach that fits you best.

My work is primarily informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you develop a more compassionate relationship with the different parts of yourself, alongside Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which offers practical skills drawn from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and solution focused therapy.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported as you make meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

What tends to make this work meaningful for clients is the combination of depth and practicality. We’re not just exploring patterns, we’re building ways to shift them. You’ll be met with steadiness, honesty, and care, and also supported in making changes that feel sustainable outside the therapy room.

If something in this resonates with how you’ve been feeling, that’s often enough reason to begin. You don’t need to wait for things to reach a breaking point or become more “organized” before reaching out.

This is the kind of space where you can start exactly where you are, and we’ll work from there.

Scheduling an appointment is yout next step toward getting support that actually meets you in your real life, not an ideal version of it. Simply send an email to get your process started.
