Hi, I'm LaRae! I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have experience working with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, life changes, and trauma. I am especially passionate about my work with women and members of the LGBTQ+ community!
I believe there is healing in human connection, and I offer a safe space to land. I come alongside clients to explore patterns, core beliefs, and discuss practical tools that can aid in the healing process.
