Great to meet you!

I am devoted to providing counseling and life coaching for high achieving individuals who feel the weight of personal and external expectations. Having lived in Asia and Europe, I comfortably relate to persons across various cultures, identities, and backgrounds. As retired military, I understand the "suck it up" strain of being a veteran and internalized stress of being a man.

My approach to therapy

My focus supports folks when life events, relationships, or stressors impact one's quality of life. The sessions are joint, structured, and goal oriented, with an emphasis on accountability and desire to change. If you are successfully "smiling on the outside" but "feeling overwhelmed" inside, you do not have to continue alone.

What you can expect from me

During sessions, you will find a supportive and comfortable space where your thoughts can be openly expressed, genuinely heard, and thoughtfully addressed.
