Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Larry Baumgartner, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with more than 10 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges and transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in media and real estate, experiences that allowed me to connect with people from many different backgrounds and better understand the personal, professional, and emotional challenges they face.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and provide therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, career challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with confidence, facing a difficult decision, or adjusting to a significant change, therapy can provide an opportunity to gain clarity and move forward with purpose.

My approach is solution-based, action-oriented and future focused. Rather than spending extensive time analyzing problems, I help clients identify strengths, recognize what is already working, and develop practical steps toward meaningful change. I believe people are more than the challenges that bring them to therapy, and I strive to create a supportive, honest, and collaborative environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring new possibilities.

Clients often describe me as approachable, direct, and easy to talk with. Together, we'll focus on identifying goals, building confidence, and creating positive changes that support the life you want moving forward.
