Great to meet you!

With 15 years of experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and a background in marriage, family, and human development and inpatient residential treatment, I bring both professional expertise and real-world perspectives to those seeking healing. My diverse work history prior to becoming a therapist also helps me connect with and understand people from many different backgrounds and life circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I believe lasting change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences while also gaining practical tools to create meaningful change. I work with clients to increase insight, build resilience, and develop strategies that help them move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my goal is to create a comfortable space where you can begin sharing what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, your goals for therapy, and any important background information that helps me better understand your experiences.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process and what working together may look like. The first session is not about having everything figured out—it’s about beginning a conversation, building rapport, and determining how I can best support you moving forward.
