Great to meet you!

What you should know about me is that serving others isn’t just my profession — it’s my calling. With over 20 years in healthcare and advanced training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding of the communities I serve. As a Baltimore native and first-generation college graduate in my family, I deeply value resilience, education, and breaking generational cycles.

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, culturally responsive, and empowering. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported — not judged. My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms, but to equip you with knowledge and tools that promote long-term wellness, healing, and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in education. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to partner with you in understanding your symptoms, identifying patterns, and creating a plan that supports your goals. I take time to listen deeply and ensure you feel heard, respected, and involved in every decision about your treatment.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, judgment-free space where we focus on education, empowerment, and practical strategies to help you regain balance and control.
