Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves a safe place to be heard. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together through life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, or life transitions, I use a collaborative approach to help you process your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that fit your everyday life. Depending on your goals, we may incorporate resources such as worksheets, journaling, recommended books, or other evidence-based strategies to support your progress between sessions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back, identify your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My role is to help you better understand unhelpful patterns, strengthen your resilience, and support you as you move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You'll have a chance to ask questions, and we'll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the next steps.
