Great to meet you!

When anxiety, stress, or life challenges start to build, it can feel hard to slow your thoughts or feel steady in your day-to-day life. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. You might find yourself overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, struggling to relax, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. Others come in feeling disconnected from themselves or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, flexible, and tailored to you. I draw from attachment-based work, CBT, and holistic practices to help you better understand your emotions, strengthen your relationships, and build coping strategies that actually support you in your daily life. We may also explore how stress shows up in your body, habits, and overall well-being so that change feels more lasting and grounded.

What you can expect from me

Many clients begin to feel more clear, grounded, and confident as they gain insight into themselves and their patterns. You can expect a supportive space where you feel heard, challenged in helpful ways, and empowered to grow. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.

I welcome both insurance and private-pay clients, and I encourage you to schedule your initial 45-minute consultation today. Together, we can start the journey toward meaningful change and growth.
