My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through an eclectic, client-centered lens, drawing from CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.

This flexible framework allows me to honor each client’s unique story and tailor treatment to their specific needs. I view clients as the experts of their own lives and aim to walk alongside them with curiosity, honesty, and compassion. Our work together is grounded in collaboration—exploring strengths, challenging limiting patterns, and cultivating lasting growth.

Above all, I strive to create a space that feels empowering, authentic, and deeply attuned to each person’s goals and identity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Our work focuses on fostering clarity, building resilience, and empowering clients to move toward meaningful growth.

I create an environment that balances safety with gentle challenge—encouraging insight while honoring each person’s pace. Together, we set intentional goals and work toward outcomes that feel relevant and sustainable.

Ultimately, therapy becomes a space for healing, discovery, and reclaiming one’s voice.
