I am passionate about working with clients who are committed to embarking on a transformative journey towards enhancing self-esteem, fostering self-compassion, and achieving personal growth. Working with me should feel safe, comfortable, and colorful. I want to provide you with a space to be your authentic self, free of fear and judgment.

I approach therapy with the mindset that every client has internal skills that give them the ability to reach personal goals. My role in this process is to support clients with encouragement while also maintaining accountability for positive change.

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and go over some policies for telehealth. Then we will dive into some specific challenges you are having and collaborate on a plan to address these issues. My goals for clients include becoming the version of yourself that you feel most comfortable in, developing and maintaining healthy relationships in the world around you, and living freely from shame and past trauma.
