Great to meet you!
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors — and I mean that in practice, not just on a profile. From helping a six-year-old manage big emotions, to supporting a parent learning new strategies at home, to working with adults through trauma, anxiety, and depression, I bring the same core commitment to every session: listen first, meet people where they are, and build from their strengths.
I have specialized training in family therapy systems — including Strategic Family Therapy, Structural Family approaches, and Parent Management Training — and I'm particularly skilled at working with families where ADHD, learning disabilities, or behavioral challenges are part of the picture.
As a Black female therapist trained at NC A&T State University, I bring cultural awareness and lived understanding to everything I do — especially for clients who've felt like they have to explain themselves before the real work can begin. You don't have to do that here.
