Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management, taking the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered as we work together toward improved mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe the best outcomes come from building a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and actively participating in your treatment decisions.

What you can expect from me

During the first appointment, I will take time to get to know you and discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals. I'll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
