My approach to therapy

In our initial session, I will provide a safe and comfortable environment for the individual . I strive to create a comfortable environment were you feel safe to be your true self. I am here as a trusted partner that you can confide in, but also some who will challenge you and help you grow.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will develop a therapeutic rapport and alliance. Together, we will implement a Person Center Approach consisting of meeting the individual were they are, I will provide actively listening, support, encouragement, and validation during our sessions. I believe individuals are the "experts on themselves" and possess the ability to make positive desired changes in their lives.
