Great to meet you!

I value the therapeutic alliance, striving for a collaborative, flexible, and safe journey as we work together on your unique path.

I use a holistic approach, merging psychology and spirituality to help individuals achieve their goals, develop coping skills, gain insights, and build a sense of empowerment. Common areas explored in my practice revolve around themes such as anxiety/depression, grief, life purpose, relationships, existential meaning, and the journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I use both holistic (psychosynthesis, meditation, breathwork, etc.) and traditional therapies (CBT, psychoanalysis, etc.) in my practice. Together we will create a plan to achieve your goals. The approaches used will reveal how your body, mind, and soul's connection relate to your experiences and how to transform them.

What you can expect from me

I assist clients in navigating anxiety and depression tied to self-esteem, life changes, spirituality, relationships, and much more. Together, we'll delve into your current and evolving concerns, crafting a collaborative plan to facilitate healing and personal growth. Many clients report noticeable improvements within the first month, with ongoing progress and transformation as we continue our work together.
