Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I believe prioritizing mental health is essential to achieving lasting happiness and overall stability in life. I recognize that seeking help can be a difficult steps to take, so I commend you for having the courage to begin this journey. My main focus is to accommodate both male and female clients aged 7-59 who are struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

A Bit About My Approach to Mental Health Care

I believe each individual has a unique story, and psychiatric care should reflect that. When we begin working together, we’ll form a collaborative partnership centered on your needs, goals, and well-being. I value open, honest communication and strive to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and supported. Whether we’re exploring medication options, therapy, or other aspects of care, I’ll be there to listen thoughtfully, offer informed guidance, and walk alongside you throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in Our First Session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share your story, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from mental health care. We’ll explore your goals together and begin to build a foundation for our work moving forward. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable being open. From there, we’ll continue working collaboratively to help you move toward the outcomes that matter most to you.
