Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with parents, working professionals, and young adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or pulled in too many directions.

My approach is warm, direct, and practical. I help you explore what’s weighing you down, strengthen your coping skills, and develop healthier patterns in your relationships, work, and family life. I’m trauma‐informed and trained in evidence‐based approaches for anxiety, PTSD, and stress, and I work with clients who are stable, motivated, and ready to engage in the therapeutic process.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling. For clients who desire it, I also offer a Christian‐based perspective that integrates faith with emotional wellness.

I work to create a thoughtful, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and consider new possibilities at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to each client, focusing on what feels most helpful and realistic for where you are in life. I aim to create a space where you can explore your experiences openly while also gaining clarity about the changes you want to make. I draw from a variety of tools and perspectives, including person‐centered, trauma‐informed, and cognitive‐behavioral approaches as needed, along with faith‐based support for those who want it. My goal is to support your growth in a way that aligns with your values, strengths, and pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we talk about what brings you in and what you’d like to focus on. I’ll ask clear, straightforward questions to understand your concerns and what feels most important right now. We’ll look at what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what direction you’d like to move toward. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of how we can work together and what the next steps might look like.
