Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring life's challenges at your own pace.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs while recognizing that each person's story, strengths, and experiences are different.

I have a special passion for supporting women through the unique challenges they experience across different stages of life. Whether you're navigating career demands, motherhood, caregiving responsibilities, relationship changes, infertility, pregnancy or postpartum adjustment, perimenopause or menopause, or simply feeling overwhelmed while trying to balance it all, I provide a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered.

I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop practical tools for managing life's challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more confident, resilient, and connected to the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you better understand patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience.

I also recognize that healing involves the whole person. Together, we'll explore how your relationships, life experiences, stressors, values, and physical and emotional well-being influence your mental health. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with clients to identify underlying patterns and create practical, sustainable strategies for growth.

I have a special interest in supporting women through the unique emotional, relational, and life transitions they may experience, including balancing multiple roles, caregiver stress, self-esteem, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, perimenopause, menopause, and navigating significant life changes.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen your confidence, and develop the tools you need to create a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. We'll also review any questions you may have about the therapy process, confidentiality, and what working together will look like.

There is no pressure to share everything during our first meeting. You can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Together, we'll identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout.

Whether you're seeking support during a difficult season or looking to build a healthier, more fulfilling life, we'll work collaboratively to help you develop practical coping skills, increase resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
