Great to meet you!

As a clinician my practice is grounded in the belief that our brains are incredibly adaptable, but they get easily stuck in old protective patterns. My clinical approach blends cognitive -behaviolra strategies with somatic mindfulness. This means we don't just analyze your thoughts; we actively work to reprogram the automatic nervous sytem responses that keep you in fight - or - flight mode.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends practical mindfulness- helping you actually tune in- with the power of reprogramming. Together we'll look at the automatic mental loops that keep youi feeling stuck, genlty interrupt them, and rewire those default settings so you can move forward with clarity and real relief.

What you can expect from me

I offer a collaborative, modern space where we combine deep mindful awareness with a healthy dose of humor to tackle to hard stuff. I view the theraputice realtionship as a collaborative partnership. I bring an authentic, warm, and occasionally humouros presence to our work, ensuring that our evidence-based deep dives always feel safe, human, and deeply practical.
