Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My practice is built on a fundamental belief: you possess the internal power to reflect on your life, understand yourself from new perspectives, and integrate meaningful changes.

I am the co-director of Cohoba, a nonprofit operating as a community arts and mental health hub in the VAPA Center: you can visit www.cohoba.org for more information.

My approach to therapy

I like to consider how an individual is interacting with their environment and play to their strengths while supporting their change process. With a deep clinical background in PTSD, domestic violence, and sexual assault, I provide a survivor-centered space that prioritizes your safety and agency. I work using person-centered, feminist, and anti-racist frameworks, meaning I recognize that your individual challenges are often inextricably linked to the systems you live within.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide an hour that serves as a supportive, reflective exchange. I hope my clients come away from our sessions feeling clearer about who they are, and what they are cultivating in their lives.
