Great to meet you!

I work with clients who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or life transitions and want real change, not just short-term relief. Many of the people I work with want to rebuild confidence, improve relationships, and feel more at peace, but they are not always sure how to move forward on their own. I want therapy to be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as we begin making sense of what has been weighing on you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented. I help clients look at the deeper roots of their pain, whether that comes from past experiences, relationship wounds, or long-held beliefs about themselves. At the same time, I believe insight alone is not always enough, so I also incorporate practical, problem-solving tools and cognitive behavioral strategies to help create meaningful change in everyday life. Together, we work to understand the patterns that keep you stuck, shift the stories that no longer serve you, and build healthier ways of coping, relating, and moving forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what has been feeling hardest lately, what you want to be different, and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now. You do not need to have it all figured out before we begin. My goal is for you to feel safe being honest about your pain, your past, and the parts of yourself you may have had to hide. From there, we can begin identifying clear goals and the steps that will help you move toward the life you want.
