Great to meet you!

With nearly 20 years of experience in human services—and 14 years working directly with individuals and families facing trauma, addiction, and emotional challenges—I’ve come to believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen, safe, and supported. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Each person is unique, and I believe that the most successful therapy happens when we work together to build a plan that aligns with your values, goals, and personal experiences. Whether you’re looking to heal from past trauma, overcome anxiety, manage depression, or strengthen your relationships, I’m here to guide and support you.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I use an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from multiple modalities and humanistic methods- such as CBT, ACT and MBCT. My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore past wounds, identify your strengths, and work toward healing.

What you can expect from me

I bring a psychodynamic perspective to therapy, helping you explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you think, behave, and relate to others. We’ll work together to uncover and understand the unconscious influences behind your current struggles, so you can gain more awareness and control over your choices and make sense of what’s holding you back.
