Hello, My name is Laura Faiai and I am a licensed clinical social worker from Texas. I completed my my graduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington and obtained a master's of science in Social work with a concentration in direct clinical practice and a specialization in mental health. I work with adults 18+ experiencing life transitions, anxiety, family issues, complicated relationship issues, grief/loss, end of life issues, and divorce/separation.
Over the years I have worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life and have learned that the best therapeutic approach is not determined by the circumstance, rather the induvial. I am not afraid to be flexible and eclectic in my use of therapy modalities to achieve my client's expressed goals.
My goal as a clinician is to get to know my clients deeply and truly grasp their expressed goals; so, that I can walk beside them on their journey for clarity, healing, and wholeness. I will meet you were you are, provide a safe place where honesty, openness, and trust is shared mutually and I will work hard with you from start to finish.
