Great to meet you!
With over 12 years of experience working with children, adults, and families, I have worked extensively with children who experienced abuse, maltreatment and neglect. I graduated from Detroit's Wayne State University with a Master's Degree in Counseling Education in 2010.
With over 12 years of experience working with children, adults, and families, I strive to foster safety, trust and collaboration from the very first meeting. The foundation of effective therapy begins with a genuine, trusting relationship. Safety and connection are at the heart of every therapeutic interaction. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy—each person’s story is unique, and treatment should reflect that individuality. Drawing on my trauma-informed background, I integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches to support each client’s goals and overall well-being. Her therapeutic work emphasizes empowerment, self-awareness, and resilience.
