Great to meet you!

I’m Laura Gonzalez, a compassionate therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate chronic health conditions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. With over 13 years of experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how these challenges can impact both emotional and physical well-being, and I am passionate about supporting individuals in finding healing and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I particularly enjoy working with anyone that may be experiencing a life transition, such as entering retirement or adjusting to a new health diagnosis. I recognize the unique challenges and life experiences these bring. I believe in the power of empathy, patience, and a collaborative approach, working with my clients to build a safe space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are dealing with the emotional weight of chronic illness, struggling with anxiety or depression, or working through past trauma, my goal is to help you uncover your inner strength and develop the tools you need to live a fulfilling life. Together, we will work toward improving your mental and emotional well-being, helping you create lasting positive change.

If you are ready to start your journey toward healing, I’d be honored to support you every step of the way.
