Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I believe counseling is a process and it works. Whatever brings you here—pain, confusion, loss, change, or a desire for growth—is valid and important. I want to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood without judgment. My role is not to fix you—because you are not broken—but to support you in discovering new ways to understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move toward the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, relational, and nonjudgmental. I value transparency, authenticity, and humor when it fits. My role is to support you in uncovering your strengths, exploring your challenges, and developing the tools and insights you need to move forward. My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the warmth and empathy of a person-centered perspective. This means we will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—and how changing unhelpful patterns can improve your well-being.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work on building real-life strategies you can use outside of sessions—tools you can return to long after our work is done. Most of all, I want you to know I believe in your resilience. Whatever you are facing, you do not have to face it alone.
