Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) that is licensed in New Jersey. I received my Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Rider University. We will work together to formulate a treatment plan that works best for you. Everyone is deserving of respect and compassion. Taking the first step to improve your wellness takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in helping people suffering from anxiety, depression and low self esteem. You are stronger than you realize, let me help you overcome your obstacles that may feel insurmountable on your own.

What you can expect from our first session

First we build a rapport and I hear your story. Trust is crucial and that takes time, so we go at your own pace. Many clients tell me that they like the questions I ask since it helps them reflect on the issue and figure out new ways to solve them. A lot of clients feel better after the first session.
