Great to meet you!

Many people push through anxiety, depression, or major life changes by telling themselves they’re “fine” as long as they get through the day...but you don’t have to navigate that alone. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here.

I’m passionate about helping clients work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I take a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to your goals, strengths, and unique experiences.

I view therapy as a journey toward greater healing and well-being, and I’ll walk alongside you each step of the way; offering support, insight, and practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. My work is tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My multicultural background informs a culturally responsive and open-minded approach, allowing me to support clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

You can schedule a free consultation through our website: www.MindMovingTherapy.com.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and identify your goals.

I prioritize empathy and building a strong therapeutic relationship, while also encouraging your active involvement so we can begin working toward meaningful change. Please note: we do not accept EAP plans at this time.
