Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of experience in the field of mental health. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, and other mental health issues. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I work with my clients to identify their strengths and resources. I also believe that it is important to create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from me

A warm getting to know you, like talking with a friend. Building trust and rapport and making sure I am a good fit for your needs and the way your mind works is what’s most important. From that ground work of mutual trust and respect and safety people feel more comfortable opening up and are more willing to help themselves do the work for their mental health.
