I’m Dr. P-Fled, a dedicated therapist specializing in trauma/PTSD, military experiences, sexual assault, depression, stress, anxiety, life/employment stressors, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and human performance optimization. My mission is to support individuals, couples, families, and communities in unlocking their full potential for healing and growth.
