Great to meet you!

Sometimes life calls for extra support as we navigate challenges, understand our mental health, and reconnect with our inner strengths. My goal is to help you—or your child—feel empowered, build resilience, and grow more confident in managing life’s ups and downs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other sources of stress. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, empathetic, and strengths-based space where you feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered and holistic approach, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. We will collaborate throughout the process to identify the most effective evidence-based approach for your concerns and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My work may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

What you can expect from me

I work with clients of all ages who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD symptoms, and other life stressors. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children ages 5–18 who have experienced trauma and are experiencing symptoms of PTSD.

Together, we can build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and uncover the strengths that can help you feel more confident and supported in your everyday life.
