Great to meet you!

Welcome!

When life gets difficult, therapy can help. The therapeutic relationship is an important component of your path to greater well being and resilience. Together we work to face and overcome your challenges, identify and work through the stuck places in your life, and support you in crafting the life you really want for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed psychologist with over a dozen years of experience working with a wide range of developmental, relational, identity, and mental health concerns. I utilize evidence based practices such as CBT, and am committed to using a Person Centered, multicultural, and trauma informed approach. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer education on practices to improve wellness and build resilience including stress reduction and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Everyone's story is unique and every person deserves an individualized approach to their care. Initially, I provide a comprehensive psychological assessment that covers a number of areas of a client's life and together we explore each person's goals for treatment.

I want clients to 1) feel heard and validated in a non-judgmental space, 2) learn how to face and overcome hard things, 3) build greater joy, a sense of meaning, and resilience, and 4) create the life they want for themselves.
