Great to meet you!

Welcome! My style is warm and eclectic. I draw from a variety of evidenced-based models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to address your concerns and distressing symptoms. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), and I enjoy integrating aspects of yoga, including mindfulness and a mind/body approach into therapy where appropriate.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, focused on meeting you where you are. I enjoy working with teens 16+ through adults. I have worked extensively with young adults who have experienced foster care, college and graduate students, and first-time parents. I particularly enjoy partnering with those in the helping professions. I am size inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcoming of clients of all cultural, racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process where together we identify areas for personal growth and develop skills that can support you in finding balance and reaching your goals. Whether you are experiencing anxiety or nervousness, difficulty sleeping, feeling sad or depressed, navigating relationship concerns, managing intense emotions, needing support with life transitions, or working through traumatic events, I would love to partner with you on this journey.
