Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I am extensively trained in trauma and utilize evidence-based approaches to guide people in overcoming issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, trauma, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, and stress. My goal is to assist you in getting to and addressing the root of the problem, allowing you to move forward with your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I offer hourly sessions as well as intensive sessions (half-day or full-day) where together we will address your past, present, and future life experiences and challenges using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash, or Progressive Counting (PC).

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being vulnerable. I always begin with an introductory session where you identify areas of concern and primary goals of therapy. From this session, we will work collaboratively on creating a treatment plan to best achieve these goals. My goal is to help you get to and address the root of your problems.
