Great to meet you!

It's great to meet you! I'm Laura Wrona, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I come to you with over 10 years of professional experience ranging from serving others in the field of child welfare to employment counseling, and working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness. I have experience in helping clients cope and overcome stress management, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, career difficulties, depression, life changes, relationship building, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My job is to help guide you to create more fulfillment and meaning to your life. I work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards making a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. My approach is to join you at your pace, working towards the goals and desires that you bring to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Individuals can expect to feel a sense of relief and validation that their experiences are being heard without judgment. I will listen, learn, and understand your situation first before matching you with the appropriate treatment modality to best meet your needs. In this, you can expect to better cope with your stressors and lead yourself down the path of a more meaningful life and experience. I look forward to our collaborative work together!
