You may be coming to therapy feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure how to move forward—especially in your relationship or in your sexual connection with your partner. Even when you care deeply- stress, life transitions, or past experiences can make closeness and desire feel complicated. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect.
I approach therapy as a collaborative, relational process. My focus is on understanding you—your story, your patterns, and what you’re longing for—rather than fixing or blaming. I aim to meet you where you are and help you create meaningful, sustainable change.
