Great to meet you!

You may be someone who looks like you have it all together on the outside, but inside you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply exhausted. Maybe you're navigating the demands of parenting, struggling in your relationships, or noticing that old experiences are affecting how you feel and show up today. I work with adults, especially parents, who want to feel more like themselves again.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, and I bring over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's challenges. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are, feel genuinely understood, and find a path toward a more fulfilling, connected life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In our sessions, we'll explore patterns of thinking, feeling, and responding that may be keeping you stuck, while building greater self-compassion and learning practical ways to navigate difficult emotions. I also incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and specialized trauma treatments when appropriate. With over a decade of clinical experience, I tailor our work to your unique needs, helping you move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and connected.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will take place virtually and is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand what brings you to therapy, and explore what you'd like to be different in your life. I'll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. There's no pressure to share everything right away—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin developing a plan that fits your needs. My hope is that you'll leave our early sessions feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward. Clients typically work with me for 6–12 months. My goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to navigate life's challenges independently—so you can eventually graduate from therapy!
