Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in medical social work and behavioral health, along with experience providing psychotherapy. I work with adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, caregiving challenges, and major life transitions. My medical social work background also gives me specialized experience supporting people and families dealing with chronic illness, new diagnoses, aging, and dementia.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients manage difficult emotions, adjust to change, strengthen relationships, and develop coping strategies that fit their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized to each person's needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I take a warm, collaborative approach and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We'll focus on understanding what's happening, identifying what you want to change, and finding ways to move forward.
